Scroll over citation number and see reference

instead of having to click on references and scroll around to see what paper (#) was. now you scroll over the reference # and it says "Link to bibliographic citation" and it just took me to the beginning of the article again. would be easier if scrolling over just showed what the paper referenced was

Part of what the user above appears to be referring to is the inability or great difficulty to get references in Html format to display properly. Despite the buttons offered at the top of the article page, the "References" for nearly all of the articles do not display easily or at all, regardless of which journal is the source of the article. Somewhere the technology is coming up significantly short. This problem is specific to the HTML format, but it is persistent.
